profile updates

i updated a few profil options: the birthdate, a nickname and the gender are now required for registration.
i hope this will make things a bit easier, like knowing the name of members, seeing how old they are etc.
so please go to "Profile" and update the information - members who register after the 12th of may, won't have to update, since they'll make all this at registration.
